Summer of Joy - Begins July 1st
We are just about a week away from the kick off of our Summer of Joy on July 1st, 2026! I'm so excited you're here and ready to create space for more JOY in your life.
This theme of inviting more JOY into my life, day, moments, has been working on me for the last few years.
I spent over three decades, from age 18 to 50, in the fitness industry, including nearly ten years running my own fitness center. After stepping away from the business and watching my kids grow and leave the nest, I took some time to reevaluate what this next chapter of life looks like for me. What I landed on was simple: focus on what brings me joy. Life will always have its hard moments, but there's so much joy available to us when we slow down, take a breath, and stay present.
And guess what brings me JOY? You!
I have been gathering groups of women for years to learn, read, grow, and lean into whatever life was teaching me at that moment. And this - Joy - is what life is teaching me at this moment. What a great lesson!
That's what Summer of Joy is all about. We're going to take it easy, have fun, and lift each other up — by reconnecting with the joy we knew before the world told us who we were supposed to be.

Here are the weekly topics we'll explore:
Week 1 — Remembering (Days 1–7): Giving yourself permission, and starting to recall what joy actually felt like.
Week 2 — Sensing (Days 8–14): Reconnecting through the five senses and the body, the way kids experience summer.
Week 3 — Playing & Creating (Days 15–21): Fostering curiosity, imagination, laughter, art, and movement.
Week 4 — Belonging & Becoming (Days 22–28): Leaning in to friendship, courage, gratitude for the body and life, community, and generosity.
Closing Stretch (Days 29–31): Letting go, integration, and celebration.
