Somewhere between taking care of everyone else, you lost track of yourself.
What if coming back to her was the whole point?
That's what private coaching with me is for.
Not confidence to walk into a room. Confidence to walk into your own life — fully, and on your own terms.
One session — or four — built entirely around helping you become your own soft place to land.
Does this sound like you?
You've spent years being what everyone else needed. Steady. Capable. The one people lean on.
You can't remember the last time someone asked what you wanted — and if they did, you're not sure you'd know the answer
When something falls apart, you don't know how to find your way back to yourself — you just push through
You used to feel creative, curious, alive. Somewhere along the way, that quieted down
You know how to take care of everyone in your life except you
You keep waiting to feel "ready" to reclaim your own life — and the waiting has become its own kind of stuck
There's a reason this isn't working…
Can I be honest for a second?
Most confidence coaching out there is built for the boardroom — how to pitch louder, negotiate harder, walk into a room like you own it.
That's real, and it has its place. But it's not what I do.
Because for a lot of women, the room was never the problem.
The problem is that somewhere between raising a family, holding a career together, or just showing up for everyone who needed you — you lost track of who you were underneath all of it.
And no framework for "owning the room" fixes that.
Confidence built only for the outside doesn't hold when life falls apart — and life will fall apart sometimes. That's not a flaw in you. That's just being human.
Real confidence isn't believing everything will go right.
It's trusting that when it doesn't, you have what it takes to meet yourself there, get back up, and keep going as you.
That's the gap private coaching fills.
Instead of another performance of confidence, we do the quieter work — reconnecting you to who you are, so you can trust yourself again, even when things fall apart.
I see you!
I already know what you might do next.
You'll read this, maybe feel a lump in your throat, nod along — and then close the tab. Tell yourself it's not the right time. That the money should go somewhere else. That you'll figure it out on your own, like you always do.
Somewhere along the way, investing in yourself became a splurge. Something you feel guilty even considering until everyone else's needs are covered first.
That's not a coincidence. That's the pattern.
The same pattern that had you put yourself last for years is the one whispering, right now, that you don't deserve this — or that you'll get to it once things calm down, once everyone else is taken care of, once you've earned it.
Here's the truth: you don't need to earn rest, or joy, or help. You don't need permission to want more for yourself. You are allowed to matter now — not after everyone else is fine.
This is the moment the pattern either breaks or repeats.
If you close this tab, I understand — that's the pattern talking, and it's a loud one. But I'd love the chance to help you rewrite it.
Choose Your Level of Support
One hour. One focus. A place to stop stalling out and find solid ground.
You'll leave with honest reflection, a grounded perspective, and a real next step.
Best for when you don't even know where to start. You're stalled out — a relationship, a role, a version of yourself has come undone — and before you can figure out how to move forward, you need something to anchor to.
We'll go straight to what matters most right now, so you leave steadier than when we started.
Four weekly 1-hour sessions, same day and time (when available). This format offers a steady rhythm for coming home to yourself.
You'll practice and process between sessions, come back with what you noticed, and keep building from there.
Week 1 — Root: Establish presence, set intentions, identify current patterns.
Week 2 — Explore: Deepen awareness, reconnect to what actually matters to you.
Week 3 — Practice: Integrate learnings through tailored home-play and reflection.
Week 4 — Rise: Consolidate gains, plan sustainable next steps, celebrate progress.
Let’s Make Sure We’re a Good Fit
This is for you if…
You're ready to reclaim who you are — not perform confidence, actually feel it, even when things don't go your way
You've spent years serving everyone else and you're finally ready to serve yourself, even if you're not sure where to start
You're open to honest reflection, even when it's uncomfortable
You're ready to do the work — you just need someone in your corner while you find your footing
This isn’t for you if…
You're looking for a quick fix or a script for walking into a room. I coach how to walk into being you, in any room and, more importantly, with your self.
You want tactics for building a business — although I’ve done that, that's not what this coaching is for (though if that's part of your story too, I'd still love to work with you - drop me an email.)
You're not ready to look honestly at your own patterns
You're seeking therapy for clinical mental health concerns — coaching is not a substitute for that
Here’s Why This is Different
Most confidence coaching is built to help you perform certainty. I coach something quieter and, I think, more lasting: the ability to trust yourself, especially when things don't go as planned.
I still do 1:1. No group calls, no cohort of strangers hearing your story. There's no substitute for having someone fully focused on you for the entire session.
I work with the whole woman, not just her goals. We don't just talk strategy — we talk about who you are underneath the roles you've been playing, and how to come back to her.
We get into the real stuff. No vague "just believe in yourself" conversations. We look at where you've fallen down before, what got in the way of getting back up, and what it would take this time.
I meet you where you are. Coaching that's grounded and honest, with room to move at a pace that actually fits your life — not a rigid script.
Here’s How it Works
1. Choose Your Path Book the Anchor Session or Root & Rise. Once you complete your booking, my calendar opens up so you can secure your spot right then.
2. Fill Out Your Pre-Session Form Tell me what's going on, what you're ready to reclaim, and what's getting in the way. This is how I prepare before we meet.
3. We Meet One hour, weekly if you're in Root & Rise. You bring what's real. I bring the space and the questions that get you there.
4. Walk Away With Home-Play, Not Homework Small, doable practices between sessions — so you keep coming home to yourself, not just for the hour we're together.
