This 4-Week Root & Rise Coaching Plan is the perfect place to begin if you’re new to coaching. Four weekly 1-hour sessions (same day and time each week) create a steady rhythm that balances coaching, processing, and gentle home-play—not homework—so you can integrate insights between meetings without long gaps.

Meet your Coach
Hi! I’m Jen.
I’ve been a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach through Integrative Nutrition since 2013. I have my BA in Psychology from the University of South Florida. I’m a proud mom of two fantastic adults and have been married to my partner-in-crime, Rob, for 26 years.
In my former professional life I owned and operated a fitness center, which taught me tons about leadership and building community. After my own burnout wake-up call and being sidelined by injuries, I rebuilt my life and practice with a focus on sustainable wellness, balance, and real-life strategies that actually stick.
When I’m not doting on my new grandbaby, you’ll find me outside — walking, paddle boarding, roller blading, or doing gentle yoga — soaking up the sun and good vibes where I live.
