Fat Burning Workouts -
Since you may not be here in Nashville and able to come work out with us at our gym we will supply you with workouts to do at home. Movement needs to become part of building a healthy mind and body. Our brains need exercise daily.
Jen has created 6-weeks of daily workouts for you. Download the workouts and use them at home, on the road or at the park with a friend. Each workout is designed to be 15-30 minutes long depending on the number of rounds you choose to do.
