I’m so happy that you’ve landed here and we get to take this Plant-Based journey together.

I’ve been in the health and fitness industry since I was 19 years old...over 30 years!

Over those years I have helped literally hundreds of women transform their lives through my studio, PsycleZone™️, my book 4-Week Clean Eating Kick Start, my programs like Second Half Sisterhood and Design Your Decade, my private coaching practice and now this 30-Day Plant Based Program.

Want to know a secret? I am not a vegan or a vegetarian. I'm not a fan of putting labels and absolutes on my dietary choices. But I do believe that the more plants I eat, the better my body feels. There's no denying that more veggies will make your body feel and run healthier. So, I try to maintain a mostly plant-based lifestyle. I don't do it perfectly and I won't expect you to ether. So, give it a try. The planning is all done. All you have to do is jump on in!

Here are a few Frequently Asked Questions about this program: 

Is it Vegan?
Yes with the exception of honey. To make it vegan simply swap the honey for one of the suggestions in the Success Manual. 

Is this a weight loss program? 
While some will find that they lose weight simply by being more intentional while on this program, some may not. Weight loss in individual and depends on your personal needs and what you put into the program. This program is aimed at creating a more healthy lifestyle by incorporating more plant based foods into your life. 

Do I have to go completely vegetarian or vegan to follow this program?
While the program is set up to offer you 30 days of complete meals, how many you decide to follow are up to you. Maybe you want to start eating two meatless meals a week, this is a great resource. 

But where do I get my protein?
It’s a common misconception that vegetarians don’t get enough protein. They actually do... as long as they follow a healthy, intentional diet. Protein isn’t found only in animal products – it’s also found abundantly in plants. The Success Manual walks you through all the protein sources you'll encounter in your program and just in case you're concerned about the amount of protein we've included a full MACRO Breakdown of every meal so you can be sure 
you're on track.
