Jen Mulford is a board certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Entrepreneur, Author, and Speaker.
I’ve been in the health and fitness industry at some capacity since I was 19 years old. My passion for fitness started in the early 1990's when I began teaching STEP Aerobics in an all women's gym. You remember the 90's right? Shiny leotards, leg warmers and high-top Reeboks in every color. Thank God there was no internet and those photos are left to our imaginations only.
That led to teaching at many gyms over the years, from exclusively female facilities where everything was pretty in pink to full-on muscle head lairs where everything was layered in sweat and steroids.
In 2013 I opened my own studio and for the next 8 years my growing family revolved our lives around fitness.
Over those years I have helped literally hundreds of women transform their lives through my studio, PsycleZone™️, my book 4-Week Clean Eating Kick Start, my many programs like Second Half Sisterhood and Design Your Decade, and my private coaching practice.
