Meet the Author, Jen Mulford
Jen is Co-Owner of Zone Conditioning and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years. Her passion is working with women who feel disconnected from themselves. She has worked to make Zone Conditioning a place where everyone can feel free to be where they are...in fact there is no other place to be. "We all deserve the opportunity to begin right where we are, without judgement." Jen's style of training leads with compassion and motivates with positive encouragement.
Jen has been using her 4-Week Clean Eating Kick Start program with her coaching clients but had a desire to make it available for anyone, anywhere to apply this easy-to-follow lifestyle.
Jen has a passion for bringing self-compassion to health and fitness and does not go along with the over-competitive, self-punnishing fitness mindsets that are surrounding us today. Now Jen brings that same mind-set to nutrition through this program.
