This 4 week program is a fast track immersion course in learning what clean eating is all about and the many ways it is beneficial to health and wellness of your team. Invest in the health of your employees and you invest in the health of your company.
The 4 week program includes:
Each week has a different focus and assignments:
Week 1: It All Starts with a Clean Kitchen: Your kitchen should be a source of life giving abundance. Instead we often feel like the battle begins the moment we enter the kitchen. There is no battle to be had if every choice in your kitchen is a clean one.
Week 2: Breaking the Sugar Cycle: If you’re eating like the typical American you’re living with a brain that is now
bullying your body. Your body no longer gets the food it needs because your addicted brain is calling the shots. And we know this is true because 3 minutes after we eat the chocolate cake our bodies remind us that they never wanted that cake to begin with...your brain did. We’ll learn how the sugar cycle works and how we can silence the bully within.
Week 3: Greens, Grains and Phytochemicals: Living in Abundance! We’ll learn about the myriad of vibrant and
fulfilling foods that our bodies thrive on. The options are endless and delicious.
Week 4: Clean for Life: Your Sustainable Plan: By this point you will be ready to put your plan into action (and probably already have). You’ll be well on your way to building your clean eating tool box, planning your meals and shopping trips and you’ll be ready to set out on your own. This is the most important meeting of your program because this is where we’ll discuss the particular obstacles you have faced and plan ways to keep “training” for life.
This program will follow the guidelines used in Jen's book 4-Week Clean Eating Kick Start. It's a simple and enjoyable process.

I am the owner of Zone Conditioning, a training, spinning and massage studio in Mt. Juliet, TN.
I write, speak and coach full-time as well as run my business.
I am married and have two children.
